Our network’s approach to MTSS and literacy instruction has improved greatly as a result of Brooke’s work. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and equally importantly, she is able to understand our specific context and needs, build relationships and establish credibility, and adapt and respond. Because of these characteristics, coupled with her keen eye for detail, she has been able to support the creation of project plans, tools and resources for teachers and leaders, and professional development sessions. This has contributed to improved student outcomes for all, but especially for students in need of additional support.
